So what’s the deal with Twitter?

A lot of folks refer to Twitter as a microblog. I guess that is good quick & dirty explanation. But calling Twitter microblogging isn’t quite right, because blogging is still more of a one-way thing than a true conversation. And it’s the back half — the feedback, the discussion and back-and-forth and the chance to learn and argue — that’s the best part of Twitter. That's the key to getting Twitter “right.”

So…what’s the deal with Twitter? It’s not what you say, it’s what happens afterwards. And that being said, it's fabulous.
